Feeling jaded with many areas of my life, I chose Una to be my coach as I am wanting to live out my purpose and add value my her life, so Una has helped me to suss out my goals, be led by my values and we are in the process of disintegrating my limiting beliefs, week by week so that I can achieve everything that I want, starting with getting my business off the ground. And Una is holding me accountable every step of the way, cheerleading me and compassionately challenging me.

Una made me feel so comfortable from the first session with her: she was so accepting and non judgemental so I felt that I could talk to her about anything. She puts me at ease and is so caring. We had the pleasure of working with Una for our wedding, and she was absolutely fantastic! From the get go, Una was incredibly friendly and easy to work with.
