Mid Life Transformation

🦋This week I had a wonderful coaching session with an absolute inspiration of a client. She was referring to her life since hitting 40, where she is coming into her own power, saying what she wants to say and following through on what she wants to do, and taking less SH!£! She then referred to this as a bit of a mid-life crisis, and I was like hell, no, girl! This is a mid-life transformation! And one to be celebrated!

🦋In the past, I have also referred to my own changes that have happened in the last year or so as part of a mid-life crisis and until this week, the lightbulb that this was a transformational gift, didn’t quite hit me.

🦋I am chuffed to say that in the last year, I have gone from some dark places a lot of the time to blooming now. I am letting my good glow from me, living my best life completely aligned to my values, my main ones being Compassion, Connection and Integrity with Freedom, Play and Inclusion being important to me too.

🦋I am still growing and learning every day, but transformation is a journey without a specific destination.

🦋Some changes that I and those close to me have noticed are that I am smiling and laughing more, I am lighter, I am more present and attentive, I have better boundaries that I am sticking to, and I am more appreciative of the simple things that bring joy – my head is not too busy to neglect noticing the shape of a leaf, the comforting sound of the rain falling on the roof.

🦋What transformation are you growing through?
🦋How are you becoming more beautiful?
🦋What changes have you gone through that you can celebrate?
🦋What joy are you allowing into your life?

🦋🦋“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.” Maya Angelou 🦋🦋
